I am so sick and tired of being called a racist by the ignorant, Kool-Aid drinking Obamabots. Just because I refuse to back Obama does not make me a racist. Yes, I was and still am a Hillary supporter, and yes, I will vote McCain in the fall if we don’t get her on the ballot, but it was Obama that said “words, just words” and so far he has broken his word. He has no record that we can count on, so how do we have any idea that what he says is what he means. He has backtracked too many times already. I cannot and will not vote for a person I do not trust, white, black, green, yellow or whatever. All you cult followers that don’t have the smarts to realize he’s not who you think he is ought to do a little research on him. Stop taking the media and the DNC’s word for it. The media anointed him the second coming of ____________ almost from day one and you bought into it. Think for yourselves. The media never vetted him and the DNC, (Dean, Pelosi et. al). are so anti-Clinton, (Bill and Hillary), that they would have gone along with any candidate.

This is a man that got funding from George Soros, Tony Rezko and even though he said he hasn’t taken PAC money that’s another lie. Just like when he signed the form saying he agreed to take Public Financing. He signed a form agreeing to it folks. Now he’s changed his mind. OOPS, lie. He agreed to it when it was beneficial to him while he was campaigning in the primaries. Now it’s beneficial to him not to accept it.

How about his story in Selma, Alabama about how his parents got together because of what happened there in 1965. He was born in 1961 so how could that be, OOPS, lie!

In the Jan. 2008 nationally televised debate he said, “I never said we should try to go ahead and get single-payer” while speaking about health care. In 2003 while speaking to the AFL-CIO he said, “I happen to be a proponent of single-payer universal healthcare coverage. That’s what I’d like to see.” Oops, lie!

In July 2004, the day after he rose to fame at the Democratic convention, Obama told a group of reporters in Boston that the US had an “absolute obligation” to remain in Iraq long enough to make it a success.
"The failure of the Iraqi state would be a disaster," he said at a lunch sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor, according to an audiotape of the session. "It would dishonor the 900-plus men and women who have already died. . . . It would be a betrayal of the promise that we made to the Iraqi people, and it would be hugely destabilizing from a national security perspective." Was he lying then or is he lying now???

I could go on for days but it’s up to the Obamabots that have found their way to this site to do their own research and find the truth, if they are capable. Most of us here know the truth and that is why we are here.

We are not racists. However we are tired of being abused and accused by the ignorance of the mob mentality of so many of the Obama supporters. If it is true that you are judged by the company you keep, just look at the people that we are aware of that circle Obama. The ones I’ve already mentioned plus Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Louis Farrakhan, Father Pfleger and Obama’s rabid, rude and obnoxious fans/supporters that call anyone and everyone that doesn’t support him a racist. And then there is his association with the Acorn Community Org. This is not a man I want as my President!

I am shocked by the anger at Obama and his supporters. The truth of the matter is that Hillary lost the nomination because she got beaten by Obama, a better candidate and someone who most Democrats saw as a new voice for change. People are done with the Clintons who had their days in the Whitehouse.
I wonder why women, or anyone really, would want Bill Clinton even near the Whitehouse again. We don't want to fight the old fights over the Clintons because we have too many problems in front of us that need all of our attention.

Saw your interview from the Larry King show.

Keep up the great work, I linked to your videos on the blog.

This is about the very democratic principles that our nation was founded on.

First anon: great post. Really. It was really great. Second anon: bugger off. Go back to your sugar daddy David Axelrod. We don't want your candidate. Not now, not ever. Grow up.

Anon 1/Other Hillary supporters,

There is something that has bothered me for quite a while... Why on earth would you want Hillary Clinton, who is widely considered to be one of the (if not the) most powerful women on earth, to hold the vice presidency? It seems like it would be a slap in the face to everything she's fought for so far to place her into what has been for the majority of this nation's history and will be again in the near future a largely ceremonial position (but then again, so would a vote for John McCain, and yet that fact doesn't seem to resonate with you).

In my opinion, she'd be far more effective as the next Senate majority leader or (even better) a Supreme Court justice.

Please don't take this as any kind of insult, but rather see it for what it is: An honest question from and the honest opinion of a reluctant Obama supporter who would have been fine with Hillary as well (but who would rather have Dennis Kucinich as the presumptive nominee than anyone else who has been in play this season :) ).

This lifelong Democrat who has never voted Republican will be voting for John McCain. In these perilous times, I cannot in good conscience vote for an arrogant, narcisssitic, inexperienced rookie in an empty suit filled with hot air.
As a longtime contributor to the DNC and Hillary, i have started receiving mailers for contributions from Obama and would toss them in the bin-until today when I returned it in the pre-paid envelope with a note- "Not a Dime for you". I urge you all to do the same- that will send a message to the Messiah
